Forensic Construction

As part of our excellent service for our clients, we also specialize in Forensic Construction. This includes investigating and analyzing numerous violations and building code requirements. We then provide remedy and contracting services to cure violations and bring the designated property to current building code requirements. Not only does this service include correcting and closing the violation with the local municipality but we also will attempt to mitigate existing fines through the appropriate municipal channels.

 Working directly with consulting engineers, architects, building officials we provide complete service for our clients  undergoing a 40 year re-certification.
